Very poor customer service. It’s been.38 days and I still did not receive my package I try to located the parcel as it shows on my end on US USPS Status that the package is still awaiting our shipment. I provided the tracking number and they still could not locate the parcel. when I start asking detailed question about the container number and the date the package left shipping deck. The answer I received was I have no obligation to you. looks like they were just copping and repeating the script and not trying to resolve and help the customers.
