Same experience as everyone else; Claims it was delivered when I was at home but it was not. Furthermore the Post office has never heard of this company. Several e mails back and forth but they stick to their bullshit story. Then I received one saying they had made a mistake and sunglasses should have been in the package and they will send me the new package once I send them back the one that was delivered! There was never an order for sunglasses! They fire off stock answers and hope you will eventually give up. Total scam !!

It is a scam!I suffered the same as everyone here. They sent me a message that my package arrived but I didn't receive anything... When I notified them, they said that they had mistaken my package and sent me wrong one and that I have to return it to receive the one I ordered... I asked them for the money back and they told me that they only give me 10% back and that I have to understand that they lost a lot of money because they messed up the parcels being their fault, although I'm sure they never sent any parcels!

Package said delivered in the middle of the night…nothing was ever delivered. This was a total scam. Website was zuhiog through Facebook and TopYou tracking. Fuck these people
Ordered a father's day special toolbox had a tracking number and have been chasing it up for two weeks now says it was delivered on the 26th of June. There is no way of contacting the courier TopYou to find out where it was delivered there is no Australian office and no head office either. Don't waste your time or money it's just another scam Avoid at all cost
I received a email stating package has been delivered. However, I never received a package. I reached out to them and told them I never received anything. At first they said it was delivered properly, and suggested I check with my neighbors, or the carrier. After I followed up by doing as suggested, I reached back out to company, and now they're saying they shipped the wrong item and I will need to return it, so they can ship the correct item. I noticed after reading their reviews that this is a common senerio! I believe they are scammers, and taking people's money, and not sending out the packages.
I ordered a Bose Wave Music System and paid 39.99 USD.I’ve been waiting for over three weeks and I received a message saying that the package had been delivered to my home address. I checked with my local post office and they said that they hadn’t received the package, so I sent a message to the seller saying that I hadn’t received the package yet they said that I had. I will now contact my bank and ask them to help me as I believe it’s a scam.
I waited for a whole month then three packages said delivered but nothing was delivered, it's three days after and there is still nothing delivered.
I ordered and i waited more thn 20 days and suddenly i got an email that your parcel is delivered and when i saw there is nothing outside. I didnt receive anything i ordered my baby playground and then when i message customer care they are saying they send me the wrong parcel so please send the wrong parcel so that we can send you back your correct parcel this is so disappointing i told them i didnt receive anythinv that is the reason i emailed you guys and you are saying ms to return the parcel so that they can send me the correct parcel what is this bullshit. This carrier is so much fake please do not order from this foiuwp or top you carrier. They are not giving my money back and i am so much upset that i didnt receive my item too.
