I sent a document to be delivered to a address in India. The package was received by orangeDS on July31st and still the package was not delivered to the address. Sent several emails asking for the status of my package as off now there were no response from this courier and there is no customer service number. I raised a complaint with Federal Trade Commission on this companies irresponsive behavior. Please don't use this company for any of your businesses. One of a very bad company I ever say in US.
